Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I save my progress?
Your coloring progress is automatically saved locally on your device. If you have iCloud sync enabled in Settings, your progress will also sync across all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I enable iCloud sync?
Go to Settings (gear icon) and check the iCloud Sync section. If iCloud is available on your device, it will automatically sync your completed levels and custom images. You can also manually trigger a sync by tapping "Sync Now".
My custom image doesn't work. What should I do?
Please ensure your image meets these requirements:
- Maximum size: 128×128 pixels
- Format: PNG or JPG
- Color limit: Moderate number of colors (the app will automatically quantize complex images)
- Best results: Pixel art style images work perfectly
If your image is larger than 128×128, you'll see an error message with the exact dimensions. Try resizing your image or choose a smaller one.
How do I access my completed artworks?
Tap the "My Gallery" button (📷 icon) in the top-right corner of the home screen. This button appears only when you have completed levels or custom images. In the gallery, you can:
- View all your completed artworks
- Replay any level or custom image
- Delete custom images you no longer want
What are the different game modes?
The app offers two coloring modes:
- Normal Mode: Tap each cell to color it with the selected color
- Bucket Fill Mode: Fill connected areas of the same number with one tap
Toggle between modes using the bucket icon during gameplay.
How do I change the app language?
Tap the globe icon (🌐) in the top-left corner of the home screen to select from available languages: English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, or 日本語.
What does the watermark setting do?
Go to Settings → Watermark Settings to set an author name that will appear on your shared custom images. This helps identify your creations when you share them.
How do I save or share my completed artwork?
When you complete a level or custom image, you'll see options to:
- Save: Save the completed artwork to your device's Photos app
- Share: Share via Messages, Mail, or other apps
- Play Again: Restart the same level
- Return Home: Go back to level selection
Why can't I see some levels?
The app uses progressive loading - it loads 15 levels at a time to improve performance. As you scroll down in the level selection, more levels will automatically load. There are 100 total levels available.

Troubleshooting
The app is running slowly or crashing
Try these steps:
- Close the app completely and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Ensure you have enough storage space on your device
- Update to the latest version of the app from the App Store
- For custom images, try using smaller images with fewer colors
iCloud sync is not working
Check the following:
- Ensure you're signed in to iCloud on your device
- Check that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud
- Verify you have internet connectivity
- Try manually syncing using the "Sync Now" button in app settings
I lost my progress
If you had iCloud sync enabled, your progress should restore automatically when you sign in with the same Apple ID. If not, unfortunately local progress cannot be recovered if the app data was deleted.
